These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, the enquiry form, and the free Task Audit provided by UConnect (International) Pty Ltd ("UConnect", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Task Audit
The Task Audit is a free, no-obligation assessment of a task you describe to us. It is provided for general information only. Any hours, savings, costs or outcomes we mention are estimates based on the information you give us — they are not a guarantee of results, and actual outcomes will vary with your business. Nothing on this website is professional, financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Enquiries you submit
When you submit the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. Please do not submit confidential information belonging to others, or sensitive personal information, in your task description. How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content;
- use the website to send spam or transmit malicious code; or
- copy, scrape or reproduce the website's content without our permission.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, wording and branding on this website are owned by UConnect or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written consent.
6. No warranty
This website and the Task Audit are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability or availability of the website or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UConnect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the Task Audit. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UConnect and its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.
9. Third-party services
This website relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, form/webhook delivery and our CRM). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of those third parties.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
